Little Bluestem

The Little Bluestem is the smallest of the Size Wise designs. It has a 970 square-foot living space which is shown here with a single-car garage. It is suitable for a lot that is approximately 70 feet wide by 70 feet deep.

A lot with an additional 10 feet of width would allow for a additional bed-bath suite. There is a slight change in elevation from side to side in these drawings of three feet.
